Nonfiction Animal Books
The day of sharing arrived! Second graders shared their nonfiction animal books with Mrs. Mulhern's first graders. Second graders worked hard to research, write, and publish their books using GoogleSlides. A job well done by all!

Let's Bowl!
Yahoo! Fun was had by all on our 2nd grade field trip to Plaza Lanes! Students worked hard, and had lots of fun, learning about bowling in P.E. with Mr. Durley. This was the perfect end to their unit of study!

Polygon Shape Up!

Shakes & Quakes
Science learning and fun was had by all when pairs of students constructed a model to simulate an earthquake. Students have learned that earth's changes can happen fast or slow. A landslide simulation and the building of salt dough landform maps are to come!

Our candy heart barge STEM activity provided some Valentines' Day learning fun! Task: To design and build a candy heart barge out of aluminum foil. Challenge: How many candy hearts will it hold?
